When utilizing vehicle with driver services in Dubai, it's essential to understand the terms and conditions, which can vary depending on the vehicle supplier or vehicle type in use. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website and shall be effective immediately upon posting. Here's a comprehensive overview of common elements you'll encounter:
Accuracy of Information
Clients and B2B service users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including pick-up/drop-off locations, flight details, passenger contact numbers, and any specific requirements (e.g., child seats, extra luggage). Inaccurate information can lead to service delays or cancellation without refund.
Availability of Vehicles
The booked or reserved vehicles are provided to all our valued guests; however, in unforeseen circumstances, we may change the vehicle according to the availability. We provide clean and well maintained vehicles. Upgrades or special requests for larger vehicles, child seats, or other specific requests may incur additional fees.
Booking and Reservations
Vehicle rental with driver services requires advance bookings to be made at least 24 hours in advance, especially for guaranteed availability. Bookings are usually confirmed via email and may require acceptance of the terms to finalize. For last-minute bookings, a full payment for the service is required before assigning the driver.
Payment and Charges
The price quoted for all category vehicles will be in AED only; for international currencies, a bank buying exchange rate will be applicable. We accept online payment by credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and approved corporate billings. Extra mileage, additional hours, waiting time, or special request payments are collected in cash. Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Inclusions of Service
The inclusions may vary depending on vehicle category. The general inclusions are fuel, toll tax (Salik), driver allowance, and regular road parking charges. Airport and special category parking charges are excluded for all categories of vehicles, including vans, buses, and limousines.
Cancellation Charges
Cancellation fees and charges vary based on the notice period with GMT time zone. The user agrees and acknowledges the below cancellation charges when booking with us:
- Cancellation 15 days or more before departure—10% of invoice amount.
- Cancellation 14 days to 7 days before departure—25% of invoice amount.
- Cancellation 6 days to 3 days before departure—50% of invoice amount.
- Cancellation less than 72 hours (no-show)—100% of the invoice.
Refunds Policy
Refunds are generally issued for valid cancellations, which will be refunded through same of the mode of payment received. Credit card or merchant charges may be non-refundable for certain cancellations. Unused transfers are typically non-refundable unless pre-authorized.
Vehicle and Driver Standards
Vehicles are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and safety. Clients should inspect the vehicle before the service begins. All drivers are licensed and trained in accordance with Dubai RTA regulations. Drivers are typically professional, English-speaking, and knowledgeable about Dubai's routes and regulations. We reserve the right to substitute either the vehicles or drivers or both in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Passenger Conduct
Client must not smoke, consume alcohol, or use illegal substances in the vehicle. The chauffeur has the right to terminate the trip if passenger behavior is abusive or unsafe. Damages caused by passenger negligence or misconduct will be charged to the client. The number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle's seating capacity.
Waiting Time and Delays
For point-to-point transfer, a 15-minute complimentary waiting time is allowed. For airport pick up, the waiting time varies from the actual landing time with a maximum period of 60 minutes. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other conditions beyond our control.
Luggage and Personal Items
Clients are completely responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for lost or damaged items. All luggage, especially bulky items, must be declared at the time of booking especially for airport transfers.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Both drivers and passengers must comply with UAE driving and safety regulations. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
